Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund by visiting paddle.net and using their refund request flow, or by contacting our support team with your order details.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund payments already made. Refund requests outside the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis.
