The right vehicle, first try
Type a VIN or scan the barcode in the door jamb with a phone camera and the year, make, model, trim and engine fill themselves in. It works anywhere you add a vehicle, including the customer's own request form, so the vehicle on the ticket is the vehicle in the bay.
